Las Vegas, Las Vegas. Where do we begin???? Vegas is very special to us. It's where our days of wedded bliss began. And apparently slot machines, tatoo parlors, Liberace Museums, and Elvis Impersonators seem to work wonders because the marriage is still going strong. But good marriages take tending, like gardens. And to keep our garden growing, we need to keep visiting Vegas every now and then.

Richard and I have been to Vegas multiple times since our Elvis wedding. And oh what fun we've had! From gourmet meals to fancy hotel suites to showgirl shows.....Las Vegas has it all! We love staying on the strip, but we expanded our Vegas horizons last Christmas by staying at the lovely Ritz Carlton-Lake Las Vegas. Though we almost got flooded out by torrential rains at the Ritz at one point, the concierge-level chocolate buffet more than made up for it.

From glitz and glitter to oh-so-elegant, we've had lots of different Vegas experiences. Well, I take that back. We've purposely avoided one particular cheap-o buffet ) But we want to add one more Vegas experience to it all....watching Lisa's dad win the World Series of Poker (he was a finalist this year......way to go Dad!!!).
